Everything you need for your events and exhibitions comes into our warehouse. All items are thoroughly checked and cleaned. Should we find any faults your dedicated Project Manager will report this to you immediately to avoid any nasty surprises at your next event.
INVENTORY
All of your items are carefully catalogued, photographed, and assigned a location in our secure warehouse. This ensures everything is kept together in one place, fully managed by us, and ready for you to book online when you need it.
ORGANISE
High value or frequent use items are assigned a unique barcode. The data is uploaded to our system so you can keep track of everything at any given time. If we think things are running low, we will let you know.
ORDER ONLINE
A password-protected portal is created for you on our website. Within this, you can browse what stock we hold and what quantities are available. It is also possible to see additional stock we hold for hire. If there’s something extra you need then just let us know and we’ll source it for you. Easy.
